67 Camaro/Firebird door alignment ??

What's the trick to aligning the doors on a 67. Fenders off. Original doors and rebuilt hinges. Quarters still on. How do you get to the phillips head screws on the bottom hinges ?? I've removed the spring to make it easier to open and close the door.

Use either a screw driver with a 90 bent into it or a bit of flat stock with a driver bit welded to it.
