I've done a lot of searching regarding the front accessory drive on an ls to fit in a 69 Camaro but mainly have come up with old posts and I'm hoping there's some new info or parts out there.

what are my options for keeping the a/c and alt in their low positions? I currently have a full oem fbody front drive.

the alternator fits but the a/c contacts the crossmember as I have read

are there any low mount bracket out there that tighten it up to allow it to fit or with minimal notching of the crossmember?
im willing to notch if I need too.

ill be running vintage air, which to my understanding uses a sandon sd7 or sd508 rather than the oem compressors. Is one drastically smaller than the other to facilitate a better fit?

it seems Holley has a newer a/c bracket for the low passsenger side, but is it any tighter to the engine than the Oem f body?

Might be able to make something like this work, depends on motor mounts too though

Awesome I will check into this bracket. I contacted Holley any they seem to think the stock f body ac bracket fits with their hooker swap system

Mounting ac low is pretty much impossible. And the alternator fits with minor grinding on the frame. I ran dirty dingo ls1 power steering bracket and alternator bracket w ls1 water pump on my ls3

I have this system on my 69. It looks great and works great.

I ended up going with a march pro track setup. All the accessories are in raw aluminum and the brackets are black powdercoat. So it blends very well without a ton of bling. It looks very nice and is nice and compact all on the front of the engine similar to like say the front runner system. It uses a lot of small brackets to make it happen but the instructions are pretty good and all the parts were labeled nicely to make the assembly go smooth. I think the higher end set ups utilize one large bracket everything bolts to, which would certainly be simpler. It's been a while since I bought it but I wanna say it was 1400-1500 including all of the accessories. A pretty decent buy if you have nothing your trying to save from another set up.
