New to PT, Glad to be here

Hey guy and gals,

I'm new to pro touring, and probably pretty novice to auto sports compared to most here. A little about me; my name is Chris and Ive been active duty for about 8 years and had the vehicle for probably 4 of them. I just moved to Texas and figure what better time to start a build thread.

The truck is an 81 toyota 2wd pickup, i know its probably not what most here are used to seeing, but I am trying my best to build an autox/street truck.

Sweet base! I'm a huge fan of 80's jap cars. What are your plans for the build? they look like Watanabe wheels.

My plans at least for the near future are a nice truck i can put through the paces at an autox, or drive to work on a nice day. Basically im doing coilovers and an engine hopefully lol.

Ive seen a few photos of his truck and it is insane!
