Building a new chassis. Need ideas for fuel (1/2") and brake line tabs or clips. Want to get them planned before welding in the cross-members. Seen anything cool?

I'm using the old standby Adel style clamps. Cheap enough through McMaster Carr and, as low as the van is going to be, nobody is going to see them anyway without getting dirty doing it.

There's these http://www.notchead.com/store/c13/Line_Clamps.html

They look like a nice clamp

Do you want functional or bling? The clamps that Mark used are not fancy but are fully functional for a fraction of the cost of billet.

Adel clamps are my go to. And they have been used in Aviation for a long time. Can't go wrong there.
McMaster car and Amazon is where I get mine.

We use these stainless clamps on brake and fuel line. Which ever style of clamp you use, if you use a stainless screw to attach them, be sure to use a small dab of anti-sieze.

Speedway has them

I was gluing a rubber sleeve from 1/16" wall rubber hose to isolate the tube and clamp,so was using a 5/16 clamp for a 3/16 brakeline.

I used these for the brake lines, too bad they don't make them big enough for the fuel lines too :(

I would direct everyone back to McMaster-Carr for Adel clamps. They offer them in stainless steel and silicon insulators in addition to the standard galvanized and rubber in a wide range of sizes.
