Isn't 480 regular price right from the manufacturer?

Yes, but his perk is you don't have to wait for it. However, will they warranty this item if something goes wrong with it...since it won't be the original purchaser?

Yes it is, and its brand new! Im just reselling it, and it will save someone 2 months worth of delay on their build. If you want to make an offer, feel free. I could technically return it, as it is untouched. But I figured I would help someone out with their build.

What are the holes in it drilled for? Would it fit a stock horeshoe shifter?

Those 3 holes are just where that angled top plate from the other pics bolts on. You can use it or dont use it. Stock horseshoe shifter should work fine.

I have received a couple of private messages, and I have tried replying back to them, as well as sending the responses back directly as private messages. But every time I look at my sent box, it saids 0 messages, so I am not sure if anyone is getting my responses. If you have private messaged me and not got a reply back, please just try texting me, or let me know that you are receiving the messages.
Thanks,
David
