Alright guys, you've prob heard this a bunch of times so I apologize in advance. I'd like to know what I need to convert my 72 chevelle with 350 and a th350 trans, floor shift, to a t56. What trans lt-1 or ls-1, and any other pats that I need to convert, not worried about cutting the car up on the tunnel, but I had heard somewhere that the shifter location is set back and actually more comfy than say a m-22 or tko 5-speed. Whats the deal?
