Single din media player with updated display?

Does anybody make one? Sony/Pioneer/etc make the single din media player but all have the archaic digital /dot matrix display. Looking for one with a display screen like a small tablet.

Edit: It can have CD tray, I just dont have a use/need for it.

carjoying and autopumpkin are a couple that come to mind. These are Android radios coming out of China. I brought a double din carjoying radio but I haven't hooked it up yet.
