Hi guys, I got some measuring done today. Here's what I would like to shoe horn on my car.
Fronts will be 18"x9" with 5.5" back spacing. I'm running the CCP corvette c-5 disc brake set up, tubular upper and lower arms.
For the rears I'm thinking some minor lip rolling to squeeze 19"×12" with 6" backspacing. I'll be running Kore 3 rear disc set up with corvette C-5 disc. This gto has an Oldsmobile rear end (an inch or 2 narrower than the 1969 factory gto rear end.) I have boxed control arms, and frame/rear end mounted hellwig sway bar. I expect little articulation on the rear end. I know most guys don't go much bigger that 11 wide in the rear but I'm thinking of being a little more unique. Any thoughts?
Thanks Shawn

Do a search ....theres a few threads on here regarding chevelle's. The stock rear wheel wells in the rear narrow quite a bit at the top so when the suspension is compressed the tires will rub , from either load or a bump in the road . As for the front more times then not you'll hit the ends of the sway bar. Rears 11" with 315 and fronts 9" with 275-285 . Is kinda range you can fit without too many issues
