In one of my previous cars I used 3.73 with a 26.7" tire. I was able to knock down 20 mpg on the highway with a carbed BB.

Just to give you an idea of where you will be so you can better plan the build. Using a 26.5" tire and the TKO600 with a .64 OD here is where you will be RPM at MPH for each gear set in 5th gear.
3.50: 1800rpm-63MPH , 2000rpm- 70MPH, 2200rpm- 77.5MPH, 2400rpm - 84.5mph
3.73: 1800rpm-59.5MPH , 2000rpm- 66MPH, 2200rpm- 72.5MPH, 2400rpm - 79mph
3.90: 1800rpm-56.8MPH , 2000rpm- 63MPH, 2200rpm- 69.5MPH, 2400rpm - 76mph
I can send you a complete spread sheet on each ratio in all gears up to 5600RPM with driveshaft RPM as well or compared to the .82 OD. Main thing is to plan the gearing around what your target cruising RPM is and what your engine will like as well with that cam if your focus will be on MPG.
