custom emblems?

has anyone of you guys ever had any custom badges or emblems made?

if so who did them and were you happy with them?

i have been looking at www.billetbadges.com but not sure

I will look into doing it for my car when it's nearer to completion, I'll do it the same way that company does it, 3D design it myself then probably have it 3D printed in some sort of plastic rather than Aluminum.

I did that for my '56 Chevy Wagon. :) Modeled it in 3D and had Shapeways print it.
This was the 3D file.

As I received printed in high detail black.

After painting it. I used spray can enamel to spray it black and nail polish to paint the letters. :)

I built a console for the car and these are mounted on the side of it.

I do a lot of this stuff, have been working with 3D printers and prototyping parts since the early 90's. I make the models and the print files and send the files to Shapeways for the printing. I'll be doing this for badges for BadAst also. :)
They cost me about $40 for the pair to print them.
