I realize you are young and from an instant gratification generation, but you need to do a few things:
1-wait for a response from an appropriate source (you posted on the forum yesterday here https://www.pro-touring.com/threads/123797-Building-a-67-mustang-fastback-Eleanor and https://www.pro-touring.com/threads/123800-Mustangs-to-fear-IFS as well as sent me a PM).
2-try to post your question in only one thread (it gets confusing trying to keep track of all these posts in different locations with the same question and information)
3-research

Whichever Ridetech system you choose, it is designed and engineered to work as a complete kit. We lower the vehicle roughly 2 to 2.5" from stock height both front and rear.
I would not suggest mixing and matching parts. We've done the work for you.

The Street Grip system may be a good choice for you, so long as you don't need to raise it up to clear the side exhaust (Street Grip is a "static drop" suspension system which utilizes dual rate springs in the front, composite leafs in the rear, updated Delrin bushings, updated adjustable shocks, and a few other things.)
Coil overs provide the ability to alter ride height (within reason) and alter spring rate (changes handling characteristics and ride quality). If you need to alter the vehicle height, this is the only option you should consider.

I would strongly suggest investing in an adjustable damper. You can add adjustable shocks to any of our kits. If you have the ability to adjust everything else, you might as well have the ability to adjust the ride quality and handling performance to your personal taste.

Yeah I figured out I posted on the wrong section, that's why I posted it in the Suspension forum
And if I use just your coil overs on this setup

I'm wanting to get this set up http://www.mustangstofear.com/page.php?page=parts_catalog&yr=67-68&cat=suspension&prod=independent_front_suspension

But with your coils and 4 link. Will your coils still effectively work with MTF arms? Thanks
