2nd generation F body cowl drains

I cannot find the cowl drains on my 73 firebird, the car is in a million pieces but still see no way for these areas to drain????

I believe the cowl drains into the rockers and then drains out near the rear of the rockers by the rear tires. The drains may be just slots in the rocker, its been awhile since I looked at one.

Randy nailed it! At the back of the rocker is a window that is covered with a square rubber flapper gasket - it faces towards the frame rail.
