i have a tilt i just finished last week, this will work on 69 camaro and 69-72 chevelle, this one is done in satin black with billet levers, ready to ship

Well for one its collapsable .. full disclosure I own the ididit column you referenced..

thats a brand new column, mine are original gm that i custom build to fit the car and collapsable

FWIW Jim first I know how big of a PIA these are to do right.. and Collapsable is really important feature.... glad to see someone doing this kinda od work :thumbsup:

the column will crush about a foot in the event of a front end hit , the lower part will slide into the upper on all three parts, the main tube, the inner shift tube and steering shaft are all collapsable, none of the china columns are like that, but ididit has one that crushes now

Jim builds a first-class piece for sure. Proud to have one in my Camaro and want to do one in my old 66 Buick too when I get to that point. Remember Jim, I know where you live!!!! ;) Guess I should be careful, you know where I live too AND have my phone number!!

Lookin Good...could You do one in a gray metallic finish, not shinny maybe a semi flat. Its would be great to match my Budnik steering wheel. 69 GTO
