Hello, my name is Terrance. I have a Mercury Comet that I've been working on. This is my first project & it almost the same age is me. These are some pics. I have lowered it & have 17 inch wheels on it.

Hello, My name is Terrance. I just wanted to say greetings to all. I'm new at this. The first post was already in the wrong place,so I will try again. I have a 77 Mercury Comet. This is my first project so I have a lot to learn. This is a pic on it. The first thing I have done is the suspension but I have to do some more things to it because I got another set of rear rims for it.

Has the Mercury Comet something to share with the Ford Pinto??
A friend of mine has a 72 Pinto ( the only one in Belgium, i think!) and i'm trying to persuade him to make a pro-touring:) ...

Not really. Its the same as Ford Maverick. It uses alot of the early mustang suspension parts but not the front brakes.
