Has anyone ever put a gasket under the spoiler of a first gen Camaro to keep it from messing up the paint? Ive never heard of it but seems like a good idea, of sorts.
Sorry, rear spoiler

I have read somewhere in the past of someone cutting up a plastic milk jug and making washers out of it to protect the paint. Thought this was a great idea as gasket material would definitely stick to the paint.
the rear spoilers had gaskets originally from the factory, they were individuals on each stud

Thanks Rodney, Just got my Camaro back from paint. It was in from 9/27/16 to 11/03/16. Looks amazing.
