On-center feel has more to do with caster.
The tall ball joints (in simple terms) will help the camber gain and prevent the tire from rolling over onto the sidewall during cornering.
The SPC arm (or UMI's 4056-3 arm :)) adds caster which helps return to center and adds on-center heaviness in a good way.
