I have seen this statement used referring to both Hydroboost and R&P fittings - are these fittings being used interchangeably? What am I missing?
"Rack fittings in this kit are one each, 16mm or 5/8"-18, and one each, 14mm or 9/16"-18" "These fittings are engineered to work with either metric or standard thread"

The bolts with the holes are thread specific, but the actual round part of the fitting can be used with either metric or SAE. Hope that makes sense...When buying banjo fittings, they usually have to be purchased in two pieces.

Well, I understand the banjo itself could be used with either but there is no indication there are four banjo bolts or an option to select. Guess before I order something I'll have to call and verify.

I'm not interested in this kit per se. Just found the comments confusing. What started all of this is I wanted to buy banjo fittings for my hydroboost and rack and apparently there are both metric and imperial threads used in either.

Hmmmm....I am pretty sure that you can't just use metric in place of imperial threads...
Do you know what size threads you actually have?

No - I can check a bolt but not the hole for size/thread.

Take a known bolt size and try to thread it inside...In my experience if you use a similar sized metric in a standard hole it will go in a few threads and then lock up.

I can try a 9/16x18 and 5/8x18 to check the rack - if I want to confirm metric bolts on the HB do you know what pitch the 16 and 18 mm threads are on the HB? Is it more likely to be 1.5?

Sorry, I know nothing about HBs...Maybe take a caliper and measure the hole?
