I am at home recovering from a near fatal motorcycle crash that all my doctors have said I should not have survived. I am like many of you, lots of projects and varying interests that resulted in a large collection of cool toys. Most of which I had to sell to make sure my family would be ok while I am unable to work.

I actually found the sell off to be a bit liberating and also started to focus on what I truly wanted to accomplish. Never wasting another day that I have been blessed with.

A pro touring bandit trans am was the ticket. So I found a running and driving, rust free formula to start with and a local guy with a T/A front clip and now I am doing research and collecting parts. It will be several more months before I can turn a wrench but it will be well sorted and clearly planned by then.

I joined this forum because so many of my search questions yielded links to threads on this forum.

Hope to see you on the roads of the Pacific Northwest and beyond! God bless

Welcome! I am new on the forum as well. I too had a near fatal motorcycle accident a few years back. With two young boys I rather stay on 4 wheels and have them ride around with me. Glad to hear you are doing well.

Cheers!

Welcome and congrats on still being here to enjoy life. Trans Am's have gotten pretty poplar, so theres lot of options for you based on your budget.
