Need some help with vintage air heat

So found out those nifty adapters sold here http://nostalgicac.com/fittings-hose...-adapters.html (http://nostalgicac.com/fittings-hose-kits/flare-adapters.html). And elsewhere are 45 degree flare. AN fittings are 37 degree.

Has anyone dealt with this before and can advise on what to do or where to get 37 degree adapters ?

if that's not going to fly what's a heater hose that will bend 180 degrees?

Connect the heater core on a vintage air gen iv system to a vintage air bulk fitting both use o rings ends. Using AN hose. Tha adapters above have been used but not sure if they work, I called nostalgia and they weren't to keen on the idea of using them with AN.

If that won't fly I can use the ribbed o ring ends that. VA sells they use o tings but in order to do that I will need 5/8 heater hose that won't kink in yo loop it 180 degrees in about a foot length

I have an old school cable operated VA system in my camaro. I had to modify the heater core fittings to tuck the hoses in the fender. So, i just cut off the original unobtainium fittings off and soldered on some NPT to barb plumbing (Home Depot stuff) fittings and called it a day.

You can bend copper to 180 deg. reliability with a cheap-o-bender and sweat it on. If you notice in most residential brass NPT to barb fitting, the inside of the NPT side is sized, by design, to fit the OD of copper tubing in order to be soldered.

Thanks everyone found out from a builder who specializes in lines and making them that although not perfect the adapters will work and not leak so I am goin to give it a shot

Can anyone tell me where in Indiana i might get a vintage air/heat system installed into my 68 camaro

I went down to the parts house and found a molded hose in the bend I needed and cut it to length. cost me $15 to 20 bucks if I remember right. I raised my vintage air up to retain my inside kick panel vents so I needed a tight bend on one of the heater hoses to make all the hoses fit where I needed them.
