Hi Guys,

I have a Pro Touring 1968 Firebird project underway in New Zealand, I have a Roadster Shop chassis underway and I am about to order an LS3 480 and T56 6 Speed. Some guidance, please.

Pace Performance has a kit which seems competitive and will run the engine up on the Dyno to ensure it has no issues which is a great service if the engine is leaving the USA rendering the warranty useless.

Has anyone had an experience with Pace Performance and the service they provide?

Thanks in advance

Read my thread.

Pace was amazing and really helped me. I wouldn't buy another engine from anyone else. The shop just bought another connect snd cruise package from them and will buy another one soon as well

I've never purchased a whole engine from them, but I did order a bunch of other parts when I did the LS swap in my GTO. It was a while ago, but I don't recall any drama. The prices were good and everything arrived promptly.

to give you an idea how great they were. When installing my new ls3 to the transmission the side of the block broke. I needed a new block and then have someone swap all the parts over. Talk about ****ty

Well after GM wouldn't do anything pace sent me a brand new engine, took my old one back for their price of just the block. The saved me the Hassel of getting everything swapped over and the money. Thats A plus in my book. Since then my buddy purchased a black label 383 connect and cruise, lsa t56 magnum connect and cruise and anyone ever looking for a engine i will also recommend pace performance.
