this rolled in today, the "MEGA CAB" 2500 pick em up. Way too much room in it. The front seats are all the way back and that goof ball is 6'2. The back seats even recline. This is the short bed version :pat: thought i would share...

They will all be shorten beds right? Seems I read that somewhere. It will be a long beitch if you added an 8' bed to it. Of course, these will be great for long hauls with several people, but not too good for hauling lumber. What is the interior length of that bed Vince?

Wow, that thing is huge. I've never really been a fan of 4 door pickups (I like extended cabs, with the suicide style doors), but wow, that is a big b*tch. I can't wait to see it with the 8ft bed, it's going to be a freight train, lol! And I thought I was crazy for wanting a 250 ext. cab superduty w/ a 6ft bed over my tahoe (want the diesel for towing and could use the bed for work).

I just sprayed Line-X in one and that thing is ,in my opinion stupid HUGE!!! It's too big to move in and out of traffic,park in a normal spot,and has a BIG blind spot.I feel that if you need that much room you take to much crap on a trip.Just my $.02

but some us travel big. Plus we usually road trip with alot of friends and familly. note big blind spots aren't nothing new, we have owned suburbans in the past. It is large. but not as long as my friends Ford 4 door 4X4.

Its really not that long, it is a 4 door long box frame, so its the same length if you would have gotten the long bed on the other truck.
