The car has no wiring at all. Should I wire the cab all from scratch or us part of the old cab harness. The gauges are Dakota Digital. I have a engine harness for the motor. What is the best way to wire a 67 Camaro which has been converted to electronic. All help it appreciated. This is my first time.
Thank you
Jim

I used American Autowire harness on mine, and liked it.

I have a similar setup (LS, DD VHX). I also used the American Autowire Classic update kit. Great kit!

If you have no aversion to the old glass fuses, then the old working harness will work fine if you bypass or replace the resistor wire in the run circuit. The dakota digital kit requires that you use their sensors and wires. Vintage air kits also include their own wiring. I wanted to upgrade to a blade fuse panel so I used an American Autowire kit. Use your old wiring as a template for wire lengths if you choose an update kit.

do it right and AAW it.
He doesn't have any wiring at all. Wire the car first and then wire the engine

I went down a different pat with my '67 and used the infinity box system. first time ever in wiring a complete car and incorporating the Holley HP and i love it....keep in mind it took me months in planning and sketching out my system but i love the versatility and simplistic system.
