GM sport mirrors

I have a set of sport mirrors (the more aerodynamic looking ones painted body color and used in the 70 and up cars) one measures about 3 1/2" X 6" and the driver is narrower 3 1/2" X 5 3/4" can someone measure their mirrors and see if they are the same passenger and driver sizes. I've also been told the vega mirrors were smaller than all the other GM cars so I would like to find out if that's true as well.

Measured mine, got roughly the same numbers you did. I'm certain these mirrors are original to the car (1978 Catalina).

There are several different versions. They may have different stalks, different angled mounting pads etc. In pic below the yellow is 81 Malibu and the one in hand is 70-81 F body.

Thanks guys, maybe what they meant by smaller was that the stand was shorter lol. I guess I'll save them for me vega and look for something that fits my Buick a little better then.
