For Sale: 87 stage 2 V6 6 speed GN. 1 of 1.

Original 87 GN hardtop, the body is all steel, including bumpers. It was repainted years ago, but has been a driver since then. The body and paint is a 7 mostly due to knicks, but I'm picky. It's glossy and deep and straight. It's a low option car with manual windows, locks and no defrost. It has a built 277" TA headed on center stage motor with all the best parts, billet crank, billet rods etc. Turbo parts; 6768 precision turbo, custom stainless headers, downpipe and catback, RJC megacooler front mount intercooler. It has a 10 point cage with removable door bars. Racetronix 640lph double pumper fuel system. Original GN interior except for the cage and gauges. All "Pro-Touring" suspension, SC&C front parts, Hellwig swaybars and custom rear suspension. Baer Brakes T4 fronts and SS4 rear brakes. Custom fabbed 9" rear with 35 spline axles and a detroit tru-trac. Electronics; XFI, XIM, FAST Dash all easy to use, no switches to flip, just jump in and drive. The trans is a T56 magnum, Quicktime bell, Mcleod RXT twin disc clutch, aluminum driveshaft. It has power steering, wipers etc, everything but AC. If I decide to keep it, I'll be adding that also eventually. Weld RTS 18 x 9 and 18 x 11 wheels with 305/35/18's drag radials rear 245's front. It has been minitubbed and the frame is notched. It could easily fit a 335 on the rear. The car is covered in custom fabricated parts that I've built.

In drag race trim previously it went a best of a 9.2@145. The motor has not changed since then. The front suspension was changed and the th400 swapped for the t56. It still has the same potential it just takes more driver to go fast at the dragstrip. It was a good trade off to make the car fun to drive around town again.

It's in the middle of getting a swap from solid roller lifters to hydraulic roller lifters. The 6 speed swap and e85 parts have required a lot of low rpm tuning to get it back to good and that may have affected the high rpm, high boost tune, so that needs to be looked at by the buyer.

I would like to sell it complete for $49K. I'm already comfortable with parting it. If I part it, the roller must go first. If you are interested in it as a roller, just tell me how complete you want the roller. I have a clean title in hand.
