Anyone know of anyone who can tune my pontiac 474 with a Holley 770 street avenger? Idle isn't very raspy and is hesitant when revving.

You may want to consider getting a TBI kit from FiTech or some other company. The prices for "EFI Carbs" have come down to the point that buying all the parts, tuning equipment and possibly labor for a well tuned carb isn't justified anymore. Stick with a carburetor if you simply like tuning carbs however.
