Comes with both the Ridler wheels that are currently on the car and also the new Ambit wheels with new Hankook Ventus r-s3 tires, 275/40/18 front and 285/35/18 rear

1970 Pontiac firebird.

It runs great, you can drive it anywhere with no problems. The body is straight and there is no sheet metal that needs to be replaced, the doors have been rebuilt and new glass installed. All the following parts have been professionally installed by Hills Hot Rods
Moderately built 400 engine with automatic 400.
10 bolt with Moser 30 spline axels, Eaton limited slip, 3:23 ratio
Rear disk brakes
Front C5 brakes with modern C5 spindles, bias is spot on and stop great.
18x9.5 Ambit wheels and 275 front, 285 rear tires.
Global west upper and lower arms
global west rear leaf springs
Viking coi-lover front shocks
Viking rear shocks
all new steering components

I know, it's shocking to me too. I paid $10k less for a car that I've torn down to a shell that needed a top to bottom rebuild. Had something like this been an option, the extra $$$ would have been a no brainer for something I could get in and have fun with while I was building it.

I find it strange as well. When I was looking all I could find were rotted cars. Its a nice car and it runs great, especially now that the whole suspension is new, the guys at Hills got the brakes dialed in perfectly.

Car is temporarily off the market, I have negotiated a trade with a local paint shop, paint and bodywork in exchange for equipment.

Well the whole upper portion of the car is going to have to be replaced. We found that the previous work was not only bad, but they used foam filler to use as a base for the Bondo to keep from replacing metal and covering the pits and holes. The car is getting the roof, rear deck panel and upper quarter panels replaced.
Sad to see the amount of dishonest work that was done to cover the bad sheet metal.

It was a landau top, they chose to use foam and Bondo to make the repair.

I'm actually glad I decided to paint it, I already got the parts delivered today so hopefully it will come out flawless.
