2-door charger at SEMA?

so i randomly saw one blurry, not-entirely-in-frame shot of what certainly appeared to be a two door new charger at sema with black wheels and the requisite orange paint and dukes of hazzard decals.

has anybody got any nice pics and specs on this car? who built it?
