I have a '68 Chevelle with the Kore3 C5 front brake kit with C6 calipers. I am running the Delco pads from (for example) a 2012 Vette, PN 17D731MH. When autocrossing the car last weekend, I had a powersteering hiccup and fluid sprayed the inner brake rotor so I'm going to replace the pads.

The car is mainly street driven with occasional autocross. I'm not overly concerned with dust, but don't want horrible dust either. Looking for better performance/bite without a huge expense. Any recommendations?

I've always liked the Performance Friction Carbon Metallic line. Oreillys sells them if you're looking to get some quick.
I run them on my Trans Am and they're a good all around pad.

Thanks, Dale. BTW, you guys build some amazing cars. I've seen several in Car Craft over the years.
