"Right stuff" 9inch master/booster combo mixup

So I ordered a "Right Stuff" 9 inch master/booster combo part#G90201871 for disc/drum (1' bore MC) application for my 62 Acadian/Beaumont(ChevyII) vert from Jegs. Upon further examination of the box looks like they sent me a Disc/Disc version instead of the Disc/Drum I had initially ordered. Anyone know what the major difference is between the disc/drum and disc/disc kit other than the proportioning valve and distribution block? Can I still use this for my application. Do they use the same part number for both disc/disc and disc/drum application?. The link below is the exact kit I bought and specifies "Disc/Drum", but instead got the "Disc /Disc" version...Thanks

Even tho they are different cars, it's nice to see another Acadian Beaumont, don't see them too often. Mine is a '65.

I ran into issues with disc/drum vs disc/disc setups. There were differences in diameter of hard lines, the factory replacement lines for the disc/drum included 3/16 front line but 1/4" front to rear, and 3/16 axle lines. This was ok with the disc/drum setup but is not recommend with disc/disc, according to Wilwood tech line. They also said a 7/8" bore was too small for disc/drum and was meant for disc/disc. I would think a 1" bore would be ok for disc/drum in terms of moving enough volume, but I'm not experienced enough to recommend one way or another. They have a pretty good tech line if I remember correctly, but I imagine you've called them already.

The main difference should be just the combination valve that they provide, whether it's a disc/disc or disc/drum unit. Swap that out for the correct unit and you should be good to go.

Yeah I figured it out.. Looks like they did send me the correct kit, someone incorrectly checked the "disc/disc" box instead of the "disc/drum" lol smh... Power disc here I come!!! Thnx for the replies guys!
