67 vert back half sheet metal ???

I'm getting ready to replace all the sheet metal on the back half of my 67 'Bird vert. I'm trying to come up with the best strategy to do this. Mainly the right order of which panel to do first,second , .... I also have some minor door work to do. So my initial plan is to get the doors done and reattached. Set all my door/fender gaps. Then do one rear panel at at time. Starting with the panel behind the top, then the tail panel, then each quarter separately. Others have suggested that I do all the rear panels at once after the doors. Any thoughts or other suggestions ??? Hoping to get this done before the weather gets too hot here in Florida. But ....
