I'm a rookie at this so cut me a little slack. My grandfather bought a 1969 Dodge Dart Custom, 2 door hardtop, about 6 years ago with plans of me and him restoring it. We never got around to it and he passed away in October of 2015. So the plan is to restore it starting this summer. I am a college student so money is very limited so this will be a long drawn out process, but maybe not awfully long. Here's a picture, it looks rough but it is actually a very straight car and in nice shape with very minor rust. Wish me luck!

gearheads would die to have that car. Do us ALL a favor and don't just jump in all walnuts, there's some serious builds for that chassis if you take your time and do your home work, and save up money. magnumforceracing should be your go to for chassis parts and K member. Imagine, a 5.7 or 6.1 hemi in that with a dana out back...holy @rap! Sit on it, preserve it, until you can dive in and do it right. While your at school, throw in a semester of welding. Its cheap, and hands-on, and will really pay off later when you're doing this build. Good Luck, I'm envious!

Welcome! Great starter car, theres lots of stuff available for them. For starters do some research on Mopar Actions "Green Brick" Valiant, and look up 72BBSwingers build. Also, check out the "The corners are Best" section on the Moparts forum
http://board.moparts.org/ubbthreads/ubbthreads.php/forums/30/1/corners-are-best-handling-tech.html
Here are some manufactures that may be of interest for your build:
Hotchkis http://www.hotchkis.net , Hemi Dennny http://www.moparsuspension.com , and Firm Feel http://www.firmfeel.com to get you started.
Theres a lot of good information on how to make a Mopar handle, you just have to know where to look and who to ask. Good luck!
