FAST LSX R 102 intake whistle....anyone else?

I just installed a FAST lsx r 102 intake on my ls3 with my stock throttle body and at idle no whistle, under a load it whistles, anyone else have this problem?

The tune, you can't mod the engine and expect it to run right without adjusting the tune

So far I've had 4 people say they have the same issue on other forums, some put the 102 throttle body on, some used the stock throttle body, some had it tuned, they still have the whistle. Motor idles and runs exactly the same as before, but now has a whistle similar to a supercharger upon acceleration.
