Have you been trying to figure out how to meet the latest GM LSA crate engine fuel requirements? GM, after having made a major revision to their crate engine instructions (want to guess who gave them a heads up that the instructions were incorrect ;-) still asks for a difficult 60psi idle, 65psi WOT requirement,

VaporWorx has the answer with their LSA engine Pulse Width Modulation control system. When used with the Gen5 ZL1 or Cadillac CTS-V fuel modules this system can provide the 60psi idle / 65psi WOT fuel requirements as specified in the LSA instruction manual.

Many folks have had great results when just setting the fuel pressure to a constant 62-63psi at idle. However, with the correctly tune VaporWorx pulse width modulation controller, a true 60/65 specification can be met.

Our guys were so confused reading the LSA required 87psi a while back lol.

Thanks for sharing Carl!

Dale, the requirement GM put in the LSA instructions were meant for the LS9. However, even those numbers (87psi) are out of reach for any aftermarket fuel pump to perform reliably.

Want to guess if GM's instructions for the new LT4 are correct? :hand:
