I would like to do some roll center analysis for the Gen 5 Camaro FE4 suspension. Is there any suspension dimensional information available? I am looking to start with a kinematic model that models ridged body suspension motion – suspension compliance and dynamics will be added later. I work in heavy machinery, so this will be a learning experience for me. The distance between bushing centers and cradle support points for the various suspension links and strut geometry would be a good starting point for this model. Some solid models would be cool – does GM provide any information? I am looking initially to understand how the roll axis changes with various ride-height lowering options. Like the difference between a knuckle-drop option or changing spring heights.

Any advice on the calculation approach or open source software is welcome.
