I ordered a Hydratech system on the 7th of December in hopes of having it for Christmas, but I have not received anything yet. No response to E-mail. I did get my card charged however.
These folks still in business? Should I back charge the card? I am starting to worry a bit!
Any other trusted alternatives to Hydratech?

Paul is still around over on the other forum. I am sure he is still in business...

I ordered my hydroboost from them around a year ago. It took about a month and a half to arrive, they had parts delays. Give them a call and you should get an answer.

I sure hope they are still in business, I ordered my Hyrdatech unit from Matt @ MCB. I know Matt says it takes a while to get the unit and I haven't received mine yet, ordered the beginning of December as well. Matt says nothing but good things about the company so I think you should be alright. Like Wallace suggested, give them a shout on the phone.

I ordered mine from MCB also, it took quite some time for delivery.
Although I ordered the show prep, it looks great! Worth the wait.

I ordered one in January and it took 6 to 8 weeks, well worth the wait.
Good luck

Yep, they are still up and running, they average about 6 weeks for delivery. I try to keep some in stock but they sell fast and they are expensive, plus you have 3 prep levels. This makes stocking them year round hard. I don't have any on the shelf right now. We will be ordering more soon, so those that want to purchase for the spring will get faster delivery.
Worth the wait no doubt! I have watched Paul build a unit from start to finish, it takes hours! He is very meticulous about his product, in the end, it's good for all of us.
Thanks to those in this thread that purchased a unit from us. They are all up on my old website for now.
