Did you actually replace the head gaskets and it was still leaking? Was there actually coolant in the oil or just condensation sludge on the cap?

After noticing coolant loss, I pressure tested the coolant system. When it failed to hold pressure, I pulled the heads with the motor still in the car. The mating surfaces and head gaskets looked fine (GM MLS), but I replaced them anyway in hopes of a simple solution. I changed the oil and filter, and you could tell it was contaminated with coolant (the oil had a green tinge to it). I cut the oil filter open, and there were no signs of bearing material in the filter element. After reassembly, I took it back out for a couple test drives and some coolant loss was subsequently observed. I pressure tested the coolant system again, and it failed to maintain pressure (no difference in behavior from the prior tests). As a last ditch check, I bought a Uview combustion leak tester. No combustion gas was detected in the coolant system, which ruled out a failed head gasket. This was the extent of my failure investigation. As indicated in the original post, there are no visible cracks in any of the sleeves (at least the accessible sections). Let me know if you have anymore questions. Thanks.

Everything has sold except the lifters and the pushrods. I had this stuff listed locally as well and forgot to update this ad. My apologies for the confusion.
