Do you have a torque converter with it? What kind of output shaft does the trans have?

It does have the factory torque converter with it. It has a 2wd output but I am not sure what type of yoke will fit. From what I have read it should be the same as a 4L80.

This was taken out of a decommissioned 3500 chevy van owned my a local municipality 10k miles after the transmission was replaced with the remanufactured unit. These are conservatively rated around 460 ft lbs in a vehicle rated for 22000 pounds of towing capacity. They should take a ton of abuse.
