I hate to say anything bad about ididit but....

their columns are not collapsible like original and the size where it goes through the firewall is not the same. if you ever need a new turn signal switch you can get it from any auto parts store where an ididit has to be ordered from them, originals like this you can use the original firewall plate , Jim

stock- 550.00
shaved key- 550.00
high beams on turn signal switch- 525.00
shaved key with high beams on turn signal switch-550.00

all are direct bolt in complete with shipping included

This is my second column I have ordered from Jim.. the reason I wanted these in BOTH my camaros is that they are collapsable.. unlike most aftermarket.. and nothings fits better than stock in many cases.. PLUS he does a great job of refurbishing the internals with nice tolerances..

I just think they are worth it.

so I bought it.. lol.

Me too, but I just bought one. Very happy with it though. Jim built me a column for my '68 that, after bugging him for a while, made it a tilt, dimmer on the column. Something a '68 Camaro didn't come out with. Works good too! I too looked at the Ididit's but it was going to take too many things to make it work in my Camaro. This one fit perfect.
