I just cleaned all the buytl off my weatherstrip moldings, what a mess that stuff is. Just curious if anyone has any pointers of what to use when reinstalling. I was thinking a small bead of clear silicone? Thanks for the help.

I just used the auto body calk, still have 1/2 box left. Silicone will make it impossible to remove the moldings and you might need to do that someday.

Don't use silicone silicone will cause rust under the molding I just got 1/2 wide double faced tape worked great
