Thank you AndrewB70 for helping me out. The man knows his stuff. I will make the changes that we discussed and drive it. He got it to start and idle much better than I could also made changes and suggestions to fuel , spark and A/F ratio settings. I think I am on the right path now.

I'm glad you are getting on top of your issues, the people on this forum are awesome. it's valuable information for pro- touring novices like myself also, it wouldn't take many poor decisions to send the budget for a project spiralling out of control or progress bought to a halt be it short or long term.
