Not bashing at all, love all my hotchkis stuff.
Who has also waited months and months for their parts!?
I ordered a full TVS system, full steering kit, and upper and lower A arms on Labor day... still waiting on sway bars and steering components.
Every time I call they say they will ship this week and they never do...

That's weird, I ordered direct from them this summer and got my stuff within the same week. They also said their parts were already on the shelf when I ordered so that must've helped...

They said the same to me... Seems I get a different excuse every time I call.
When I placed my order everything was in stock according to the guy on the phone.

Check to see if they are in stock at Summit. If they are do a chargeback and order from Summit. No excuse for this sort of thing.

I agree, I'm getting frustrated with this situation. I could have drove the car a bit before winter, I'm in MN, if I got the parts within a reasonable time.
I feel I've given them more than enough time, and also never complained when calling them. Only asked when the parts should ship. They have to this point given me empty promises. I thought these guys were on the ball, proof is in the pudding.
I literally bought everything they sell for my car minus the sub frame.

Called again today... 2-3 weeks out on the Sway bars, 1-2 weeks out on the steering setup... Ordered Sept 6th.
It's one thing if they would have told me it may be months before you see some of these items. But no word was said about that, and what they said was it was all in stock, ready to ship.
I still love their products, but communication and shipping lacks... big time!!!!

Did you check stock at Summit?

Yes I did Don, 11/9 is their ship date on the sway bar kit.
Look like they don't even stock the power steering upgrade kit, which is hard to believe. I can find the manual steering kit though, in stock.

Our supplier has them in stock and ready to ship here in Michigan, for the '71 Nova correct? Let me know if we can help.

Let me call them today and see how the refund will work. They have charged me for everything but the steering kit, I also bought these during their big labor day sale, so I got a highly discounted price.

As far as the P. Steering component kit, that is not stocked by our supplier. I'm not certain what brand Hotchkis uses for their tie rods, idler arms, etc. But most local auto parts stores should be able to get a high quality brand such as Moog or Raybestos.
