My new AEM EMS 4 is having the same pissed off issues that my Electromotive Tech GT was having ---- It appears that the 4000D isn't totally killing the power with you shut off the switch and then when you 'turn on' the switch the unit is just pissed off in a bad way -- it appears the switch is letting 4-6 volts thru even though it is off --

Has anyone else heard of issues with these units --

I've always had ARC controls before but this is my first experience with the touch panel units..... and right now I am a pissed off camper --- -------------

My freaking luck again LOL

OK,,, I'm BAD -- It appears that several concurring issues have fogged and confused my brain -- --

one ---- the ARC has a bad ribbon cable and is acting weird,,,, BUT that is not what is causing my issue of low voltage leaking by when it is off -- it appears at the same time that my alternator has developed a bad diode and is leaking the voltage.....

Silly me for thinking only one chit storm can occur at a time .................

Are you checking the ground side too? If your still seeing Voltage on that side you may need to check the ground connection. You should see zero or near zero after all the circuits
