Take a look at this hood, what can be done about it? Would I need to replace it or is there someway it can be bent back? I know bending it may screw with the paint but just curious on suggestions. It's a steel hood by the way. You may have to zoom in.

It may be simpler to raise the center part of that fender to almost flush with the hood-I know to do things correctly the hood probably should be replaced but speaking strictly on Monday you may be able to tweak it and it will look better

Assuming the hinges are good and it's actually lined up correctly (sits flush at the back near the cowl without any other effort beyond closing the hood), apply pressure to the high spot. Riskier since its painted, but while in primer mine had a similar 'hump' and I padded the hood a bit and used a 2x4 and a dead blow hammer to reshape the hood. Emphasis on padding and 2x4 to spread the load. Messing with the fender would be my last option honestly. Set the front and rear of the hood so when closed (and again not messed with / tweaked) it sets fine then work the hump. This is based on my assumption that the missalignment on the drivers side is what you're talking about.
