Just installed a CA Chassisworks front upper and lower control arms, but ....

Hi, I just got a CA Chassisworks upper/lower control arms installed in my '71 Firebird, everything went smooth and it just dropped in easily, but when I took it to the alignment shop I wasn't able to get more than 3* of caster with a load of shims on one side!, I had the idea that aftermarket tubular upper arms already have 3-4 degrees of caster already built in their design, so am I missing something here?

check if they have offset shafts on the upper control arms, one side may be installed with it flipped compared to other side.
