Wow its not every day you have a customer come in and say. " I want to Customize A cougar" . Well we did, Follow along this blog to see updates of this fun project we have embarked on. Their isn't one area on this ride that is not customized or perfected. From shaved handles, trim and moldings to shaved drip rails and widened body. I guess for us to some up this Cougar restoration customization project we would have to say. Low, Mean , Wide and loud.

The 70 Cougar arrives to us as you see below. Sand Blasted and in Black Epoxy primer. We have many small rust repairs to so as well as some repairs of previous patchwork before we can start the fun and exciting parts of customization

Below we like to start with metal work and quickly get into epoxy primers so no moisture builds on bare metal. You can see we shaved the passenger door handles as well as antenna.

Since then we have done a bit more body work and flush mounted the back window. As you can see in the photos below the flush mounted glass fits in perfectly for a nice smooth look to the vehicle. (The glass is just in there for a test to make sure its the right size and fits snug. It will be fitted in and sealed soon .)
