I can buy 1968 B body Pontiac spindles that have 8.75 degrees KPI, my present 1964 Pontiac B body spindles have 4.75.. I can run up to 8 degrees positive caster on my car..

Would the added KIP give me a more positive on center feel?

I never measured the scrub but I doubt it's close to zero.. These cars came with "wide track" this car has a 64" wheel track..

The car handles bends great, it doesn't have a positive on center feel while going straight that bugs me..

Thank you,
Jeff

How much positive caster do you have now?

my amateur amount of experience first reaction is that the control arms may be the wrong lengths. i would guess this would put the camber into the postive range with the existing camber setting and then its a question of if the adjustment range can compensate. over all i suspect it will work out but again, i am no expert on this, i have only read ron's posts 5 or 6 times.

PLEASE dont do that garbage "upgrade" buy some proper parts tall ball joints, or save for ATS spindles. HO Racing used to make a proper conversion upper control arm. So far I have yet to find a good replacement from my observations as an alignment tech. The b car spindle swap creates some crazy geometry issues and really mess with designed angles. Yeah yeah some people talk iy up but honestly I would rather see you use something designed better like ATS spindles from Speedtech. Buy, bolt on, and drive. And Corvette brakes bolt right up.
