Will C4 12" Rotors Front and LT1 Rears fit my 69 Camaro w/ 15" Rally Wheels?

I will be installing C4 front disc brakes with 12" rotors along with 93-97 Camro Rear disc brakes to my 1969 Camaro.

Will this combo fit my factory Corvette 15x8 Rally Wheels?

Also, what Master Cylinder is needed for my setup - it will be "manual" brakes (7/8", 15/16" or 1")?

And what car has this Master Cylinder?

i doubt it. those rims do not have a large center section. ive got access to both cars and rims in question. i can measure and let you know if it comes down to it.
