The Z51 RPO was a just brake rotor size upgrade to the base corvette (C6 i believe). (EDIT: and a rear caliper variation, as per Apogee's post, #4 in this thread). (EDIT #2: Z51 is apparently a handling package, which includes the J55 brake RPO).
