I'm going to run a T56 behind a turbo 5.3 and I was wondering if anyone runs this set up and the big question is what gearing is the best for the least amount of turbo lag. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks

The lag is largely determined by your turbo. If you run a small turbo it'll spool fast no matter the gear ratio in the trans. With a T56 you are mostly limited to either the 2.66 1st gear set or the 2.97 1st gear set...Pick your poison...
