Does anyone make a rear seat to fit in a 68 camaro with Detroit speed minitubs? I've called mikes custom cars and left 3 messages and haven't received a call back. My factory rear seat is rotted beyond repair and honestly a nice aftermarket seat would suit my interior better then the factory one anyway. I'm willing to pay the ridiculous price a rear seat costs but I can't find anyone who sells it. Please help! I'd rather not fit the seat from some other car I'd rather just buy one that bolts in and fits.

TMI may be able to make one for you.

Its fairly easy to modify the original frames (unless that is whats rotted). The normal replacement covers can be used, there will just be a bit extra material where the frame was modified. Its easily tucked away in the back & never seen.

Tmi only sells a cover for a factory frame and again my frame is rotted beyond repair.

I was thinking you meant the covers were rotted. However, the covers for a factory frame will fit a modified factory frame. I also have a custom rear seat, and it was built around a factory frame, if that matters.
